When making a purchase from ZALVA DESIGN through the website www.zalvadesign.com or other enabled commercial channels such as email, WhatsApp, or other instant messaging platforms or social networks, the following terms and conditions apply:

ORDERS:

  • You can place your order online at www.zalvadesign.com at any time.
  • We will send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. PRE-order items have an estimated processing time of 30 business days.
  • Our pieces are entirely handmade, and we work under fair and secure timelines.
  • Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • ZALVA DESIGN reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the website's terms or as determined by ZALVA DESIGN.

IMAGES ON THE SITE

  • ZALVA DESIGN provides images of each item on the SITE and strives to display as many details as possible. However, viewing images online has its limitations, as the size and color of images may vary on digital screens and mobile devices.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE / TERMINATION

  • ZALVA DESIGN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
  • You agree that ZALVA DESIGN will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
  • You acknowledge that ZALVA DESIGN reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users who violate the Terms or for any other reason determined by ZALVA DESIGN.

ZALVA DESIGN'S PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or the Site for any commercial purpose. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contain copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of ZALVA DESIGN. Unless specifically stated otherwise, ZALVA DESIGN owns the copyrights of the SITE, all SITE images, and all designs, as well as rights to various trademarks. You agree not to infringe ZALVA DESIGN's intellectual property rights in any way.

AGE POLICY

  • ZALVA DESIGN complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of the Colombian government. Our SITE (and links that may be available through our SITE) are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not collect information from such individuals voluntarily.
