Refund policy
We strive to offer high-quality products and unique designs. Please remember to refer to our fabric and product care guide provided in each product description on the website.
We have different procedures regarding returns and cancellations. A return procedure applies in case of product failure or defect.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment.
Below, we will describe the characteristics of each procedure, as well as their costs and conditions.
Returns:
The 30-day return period for a product starts from the date of shipment. Returns are allowed provided that the product has not been used, contains all internal labels, and is not a custom-made item by the customer.
The following conditions must be taken into account:
1- Sales: Products purchased at a discounted price (not through a promotion) or during seasonal sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2- Unless a product is defective or faulty, all returned products must be in their original packaging.
3- Products that are received damaged due to manufacturing faults within six (3) months of purchase are considered defective. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
ZAVA DESIGN will determine, at its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is due to normal wear and tear or some other reason.
4- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired, whenever possible and subject to availability. If possible, we will offer to repair the defective item.
If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the six (3) month period.
Please note that any product returned outside the return period may not be accepted or may only be accepted for store credit.
Refund Policy:
The Company will refund the corresponding amount (excluding taxes and shipping charges) within 15 days from the date of the reported return, exchange, or cancellation.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method originally used. However, we may withhold the refund until the Products are received, or until you provide evidence of the return of the Products, whichever occurs first.
For the issuance of the credit note, the returned product must be received at ZALVA DESIGN's offices to validate that it meets the company's required return conditions.
No changes or returns will be made when the reasons are attributable to the customer's personal tastes or preferences.
