Can I place a reservation through the ZALVA DESIGN website?
Pre-orders are already available online. The delivery timeframe for each collection is detailed on the product page.
We offer two types of pre-orders:
- Trunkshow: Get the latest trends before they hit the market by purchasing directly from the runway.
- Regular pre-order: Order your favorite styles before the collection items start shipping so you don't miss out on them.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. You can track the status of all your orders if you have a customer account with us. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team here.
When will my order be shipped?
Regular orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. We do not deliver on Saturdays. If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed on the next business day, except on holidays.
Pre-orders are shipped according to the delivery timeframe indicated on each product page.
How do I know my size?

Can I change the contents of my order?
You can change items in your order if:
- It has not been shipped yet.
- The items are not discounted.
