Shipping policy

Once the production of the Pre-Order is completed, the customer will receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number from our end. It is essential to ensure that the correct email address is provided; otherwise, the confirmation will not be received. Once the shipping process has started, we cannot make any changes to the address.

If there is any delay in the processing times of any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Both national and international shipments are free of charge.

International shipments are carried out through the shipping company DHL, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After dispatching the order with DHL, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days.

ZALVA DESIGN is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the correct shipping address. Therefore, we are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

ZALVA DESIGN is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by acts of nature or other uncontrollable events.

International customers will be responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
